Lions International Multiple District 306
Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization. Its 1.4 million members are dedicated to bettering the quality of life for the handicapped, the poor, the sick and the aged. The motto of Lions Clubs International is “WE SERVE,” and Lions live this motto with enthusiasm.
MESSAGE FROM MULTIPLE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN
Multiple Council Chairman, Lion Indhra Kaushal Rajapaksa joined Lionism as a Charter Member in 2007. He held several Offices within the District and Chaired many Committees. In recognition of his services, he has been equally awarded at every level including the Best District Chairperson Awards, Best Region Chairman and Best Zone Chairman Awards and Outstanding President Award. He has also received five International President’s Certificates of Excellence and three International President’s Medals.
Lion Kaushal is a Certified Guiding Lion and a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow. He has successfully undergone training programs at Faculty Development Institute in Colombo, Advance Lions Leadership Institute in Indore, India, and Regional Leadership Institute in Colombo.
In addition to his Lionistic Activities, Lion Kaushal is active in numerous professional bodies.
